What's more, our accounting staff is comprised of dedicated, honest and cooperative people with a thorough knowledge of bookkeeping and reporting systems.

ValleyWide's five person accounting team handles the books for 75 accounts situated across the Lehigh Valley, Eastern Pennsylvania and Western New Jersey, including commercial buildings and facilities, homeowner and condominium associations and planned communities. The heart of ValleyWide’s accounting services are billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. We offer a variety of monthly financial reports, delinquency reports, receipt of rents, bill payment service, invoicing service and annual budgeting. Our bottom-line goal is to provide you with complete control and a clear record of the financial status of your real estate property or community association.

Bill Jacobi, Senior Vice President and Controller - Bill is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He has held various divisional controller positions with AIG, AT&T and the Louis Berger Group before taking over ValleyWide's Accounting and Financial Department.

Deborah Yellen, Accounts Receivable Accountant - Debbie handles the cash transaction for all 75 properties managed by ValleyWide and has over 15 years of experience with cash application and general bookkeeping.

Jodi Gerhart, Assistant Controller - Jodi manages the books for several properties and helps with the management of the accounting department. Bachelor’s in Accounting from Cedar Crest College and member of SHRM.

Susan Walker, Senior Accountant - Susan has done books for as many as 50 companies at a time over the last 29 years. Graduated from NCACC and East Stroudsburg State College with a teaching degree in Secondary Education (Mathematics). Also has an Associate of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Science degree, as well as additional credits in Accounting.

Audrey J. Saylor, Accountant - Audrey provides bookkeeping services and holds an Associates degree in Accounting from LCCC.

Financial Services

In addition to accounting services, ValleyWide is also capable of developing capital structures on behalf of our clients. Our senior staff possesses 50 years of combined financial experience and maintains strong industry connections to help our clients obtain the best financing for their real estate assets.

Howard Graeffe, Chief Executive Officer - Howard is actively involved in ValleyWide's financial services program. He holds an MBA from Temple University and has served as Vice President Corporate Finance for an Investment Bank in Philadelphia.
