Barclay Contracting

Barclay Contracting, a division of ValleyWide Property Management, provides fire, smoke and water clean-up and restoration services for commercial, residential and industrial clients. The company has the equipment and know-how to provide a wide variety of specialized cleaning services, including oil, chemical and dry compound spills; environmental waste cleanup; bio-hazard and mold remediation; and odor and smoke removal. Barclay is an insurance claims specialist, skilled at helping smooth along the claims process.

Restoration Services

Owner operated for over ten years, Restoration Services specializes in the restoration of historic masonry. They offer a full range of restoration and renovation services, including brick and stone pointing, replication of original masonry and architectural features in new additions to vintage structures, cleaning and waterproofing, brick, stone and stucco repairs, and period sensitive interior renovations.

Restoration Services is led by Dale Fenstermaker, ValleyWide's Senior Vice President for maintenance and construction services.

ValleyWide Landscape Services, LLC is a joint venture between ValleyWide Property Management, LLC and RidgeCrest Landscaping & Lawncare, LLC. ValleyWide Landscape Services offers landscaping, lawn care and snow removal services for commercial properties and community associations.

ValleyWide Landscape Services is led by the team of John Graeffe and Chris Baumer.

Thompson Pool Service

Thompson Pool Service offers a full line of pool maintenance services and supplies, including seasonal openings and closings, general maintenance, repairs, painting, chemicals, parts and equipment. Thompson is an installer of safety drain covers that comply with the new Pool and Spa Safety Act.

Thompson is led by Joe Thompson, ValleyWide's General Manager Thompson Pool Division.
