Barclay Contracting
Barclay Contracting, a division of ValleyWide Property Management, provides clean-up and restoration services to help you recover from fire, smoke, water and mold damage. We’re different from the average contractor because we specialize in disaster recovery, including physical rebuilding and property restoration as well as facilitating the insurance claims process. Over the years we have developed an effective, straightforward program that has helped many families and businesses get back on their feet after major and minor property losses.
The Barclay Recovery Program
- Meet with one of our Program Managers. Our trained, experienced professionals have been through this process many times and want to help you. We sit down with you to answer questions, find out what’s important to you and get you back in control of the situation.
- Your Program Manager will examine the damage and prepare a repair estimate. Our team has decades of experience and knows exactly what kinds of hidden problems to look for.
- Your Program Manager can meet with Insurance Agents, Claims Adjustors or Attorneys, if need be, to help you get your claim processed and approved. Remember, we're on your side—you need a professional!
- Throughout the re-building process, your Program Manager will stay involved with the project, answering any questions you have during the construction phase in a timely manner.
- When the Barclay Recovery Program is complete, you'll be back in your home or office in no time with everything as good as new!
