ValleyWide's Property Managers

Property Managers of both commercial and residential properties play a critical role in the smooth daily operations of a building or community. Their constant attention to detail helps to protect the value of the asset and ensure that all parties receive the most from their property.

At ValleyWide, our system includes a designated Property Manager responsible for every aspect of the assigned account. He or she:

• conducts site tours and inspections,
• serves as primary contact for all questions, comments or concerns,
• is a knowledgeable source familiar with the community rules and bylaws,
• participates in association meetings.

Our property managers work across the Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton), eastern Pennsylvania (Quakertown, Reading) and into western New Jersey (Phillipsburg). They specialize their services for the different worlds of Commercial and Residential Property Management.
