ValleyWide's Property Managers

Managing a commercial property, residential community or homeowner association is always a hands-on assignment. The property manager must be able to respond quickly to a variety of issues that come up in the course of the day. The manager serves as a clearinghouse for everyone who uses the property and has wide-ranging responsibilities to help keep the community, facility or building physically and financially healthy. Our managers are engaged with the property owner or owners to help them get the most out of their real estate assets, whether it's a residence or investment property.

Property Managers play a critical role in the smooth daily operation of commercial buildings and residential communities. Their constant attention to detail help protect the value of the real estate and ensure that all parties receive the most from their property. At ValleyWide, our system includes a designated Property Manager responsible for every aspect of the assigned account. He or she:

  • conducts site tours and inspections,
  • serves as primary contact for all questions, comments or concerns,
  • is a knowledgeable source familiar with the association rules and bylaws,
  • participates in association meetings.

Our property managers work across the Lehigh Valley (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton), eastern Pennsylvania (Quakertown, Reading) and into western New Jersey (Phillipsburg).
