ValleyWide Acquisition

ValleyWide Property Management, LLC acquired the assets of Markward Group Management & Maintenance, LLC on November 30, 2007. ValleyWide Property Management, LLC has three members:

Howard Graeffe, former Chief Operating Officer of Markward Group. Mr. Graeffe is CEO of ValleyWide Property Management, LLC. Prior to joining Markward he was Vice President Corporate Finance for an investment bank in Philadelphia. Howard received a B.S. from Wagner College and an MBA from Temple University.

Bill Jacobi, CPA, former Controller of Markward Group Management & Maintenance, LLC. Prior to joining Markward he was employed by AIG. Mr. Jacobi is a Senior Vice President and Controller for the company.

Dale Fenstermaker, owner of Restoration Services. Restoration Services was acknowledged in 2007 by the Lehigh Valley Home Builders Association with an Award for Excellence. Prior to starting Restoration Services, Dale was the production planning manager for two manufacturing companies. Mr. Fenstermaker is a Senior Vice President with responsibilities for maintenance and construction services for the company. Dale received his B.A. with cum laude designation from Syracuse University.

Sunburst Property Management sold its third party management business to Markward Group Management & Maintenance, LLC in September 2004. “We are excited to carry on and build on the tradition of excellence started by our predecessor company and Sunburst,” said Graeffe.

ValleyWide, with 30 employees, is the largest provider of association and condominium management services in the Lehigh Valley and manages commercial properties throughout eastern Pennsylvania.
