Scott Monahan - Scott Monahan has joined ValleyWide Real Estate & Asset Management as Vice President Brokerage Services. Scott has been a real estate practitioner since 1973. He is a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Scott has served as Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager for a large, independent real estate company operating in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Scott is the author of the Achievers Listing and Sales Development Program and the Achievers Buyer Brokerage Program. He has been a featured speaker at national conventions where he teaches real estate agents how to list and sell. Scott and his wife reside in Schnecksville, PA.
Dan Wasco - Dan Wasco has been promoted to Director of Building Services. Dan most recently served as a foreman for ValleyWide’s construction services group. He has over 20 years of experience with maintenance and construction services. His responsibilities include overseeing all day-to-day Building Services operations for ValleyWide Property Management.
Jodi Gerhart - Jodi Gerhart has been promoted to Assistant Controller. She has five years of industry experience, most recently serving as an Accountant in ValleyWide’s Accounting Department. She has completed her studies in Accounting at Cedar Crest College and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to joining ValleyWide, Jodi was affiliated with Markward Group Property Management in the areas of Accounting and Human Resources.
Nancy Flanagan, RPA, FMA - Nancy Flanagan has joined ValleyWide as a Property Manager with responsibilities for overseeing commercial properties in Lehigh Valley. Prior to joining ValleyWide Property Management she was a property manager overseeing a 411,000 SF office building in NJ which won a TOBY for building of the year . Nancy has been active in the NJ BOMA chapter, serving as the Committee Chair for the Speaker and Programs Committee. She brings more than 12 years of commercial property management experience. Nancy holds a NJ Real Estate license and is a CPM Candidate with IREM. Nancy resides in Northampton, PA with her family.
Jessica Walton - Jessica Walton has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Jessica has been with ValleyWide since the company’s inception. Previously, she was an employee with a property management company for three years. She is responsible for the management of residential and multi-family properties.
Matthew Hart - Matt has joined ValleyWide as an Analyst, with a focus on providing support for the company’s property management team. Matt recently served as an intern for ValleyWide and joins the company after graduating magna cum laude from Moravian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Management.
Laraine Gilroy - Laraine Gilroy has joined ValleyWide as Office Administrator. She brings previous administrative experience with various Fortune 250 companies. Loraine recently worked for a property management company based in Allentown.
