Employee Announcements

Howard Graeffe is the President and CEo of ValleyWide Property Management. He has experiences ranging from developing his own business to providing consultative support to entrepreneurs and expanding businesses to creating the National Institute for Environmental Renewal (NIER Group). He received his BS from Wagner College and an MBA from Temple University.

Dale Fenstermaker, Senior Vice President and partner of ValleyWide Property Management, is responsible for maintenance and construction services. His professional affiliations include National Association of Home Builders, Pennsylvania Builders Association and the Lehigh Valley Builders Association. Through the Lehigh Valley Builders Association he received the 2008 Award for Professional Excellence. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, graduating cum laude.

Bill Jacobi, CPA, is Senior Vice President and Controller of ValleyWide Property Management and former Controller of Markward Group. Prior to joining Markward Group he held various divisional controller positions with AIG and AT&T. Bill received his BS from Bentley College and his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Rita Scheirer, Vice President of ValleyWide Property Management. She has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM). Prior to her appointment as Vice President, she was Senior Property Manager for Markward Group, responsible for association management. Rita has over twelve years of experience in association management.

John Eastman, Vice President of Commercial Services for ValleyWide Property Management. Recently, John managed over thirteen million square feet of industrial distribution centers and warehouse space. John is responsible for commercial property and facilities management. John received his Bachelor of Science from Kutztown University.

Diane Hall, Senior Property Manager of ValleyWide Property Management. Diane has over seven years of association management experience, with two and a half years managing properties in San Diego, California. She recently earned the designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), which puts her on the cutting edge of managing community associations. She received her Bachelor of Arts from DeSales University.
