Recently, a financial investment company that has a service contract with ValleyWide sent our maintenance team an urgent maintenance request. Their server room was overheating, forcing their computer systems to shut down to avoid permanent damage. They could not conduct normal business operations and were watching man hours and money slip away minute by minute.
ValleyWide received the the first call for help on a Tuesday afternoon. After verifying the critical nature of the situation, we put together a work proposal and got permission to begin implementing our solution. A team soon arrived on-site and began installation of an exhaust fan to stabilize the temperature. They were able to complete all necessary work and 'switch on' by Wednesday afternoon. The total elapsed time to full restoration of service was less than 24 hours.
